Materials: galvanized steel strip (ASTM A653), optional 430/304 stainless strip; core wire 2.0–3.0 mm high-tensile (≈1200–1600 MPa), zinc coating per EN 10244-2. Methods: 1) Punch press cuts razor profiles (BTO/CBT series) with hardened dies. 2) Servo feeding controls pitch. 3) Coiler wraps the razor strip onto core wire, keeping runout ≈±1.0 mm. 4) Winder forms rolls, bands, labels. Testing: coating weight checks, burr height, tensile, and salt-spray (ASTM B117/ISO 9227). Real service life: around 8–20 years depending on climate and coating mass; desert sun vs. coastal salt is a big swing, to be fair.
